Here’s how it plays out: Underneath the epidermis and dermis exists three fat layers. Cellulite develops in the most superficial of these layers, known as the subcutaneous fat layer. The abdomen is made flatter by removing excess skin and fat and often tightening the abdominal muscles.
The best candidate for TummyTrim is someone who, though in relatively good shape, has loose abdominal skin or a large fat deposit in the abdomen that does not respond to exercise and diet. In addition, women after pregnancy or patients who have experienced significant weight loss can particularly benefit from the procedure.
Surgery is performed using general anesthesia and typically takes between 2 and 3 hours, though these times can vary according to each patient's particular case.
Enhance Breast AugmentationEnhance Breast Augmentation Program combines breast augmentation surgery with ScarRepair treatments to create the best and most natural results possible. BrightEyes Blepharoplasty
The BrightEyes Program combines blepharoplasty, the most popular eyelid surgery available, with a post-operative Botox® brow lift to create the best results possible.
Blepharoplasty, also known as eyelid surgery, is a surgical procedure designed to provide a more youthful appearance to the eyes. This is done by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. This procedure can also improve vision in cases where excess skin of the upper eyelids has drooped to such an extent that it interferes with the peripheral vision. As gravity pulls everything down with age, the eyebrows follow. And as the outer parts of the eyebrows droop, the skin of the upper eyelids will look saggy, as if you had developed extra skin that was not there several years before. Trimming this "extra" skin can improve that droopy look.
The other reason for "tired eyes" is because of droopy eyelid fat. This fat is held back by a thin wall of fibrous tissue called the orbital septum, which sags over time. The fat, held firmly back by this wall in youth, can bulge with age, giving you "baggy" upper and lower eyelids. Eyelid lifts trim this extra fat and tighten the wall, restoring a youthful contour. An additional post-surgical Botox® brow lift provides additional lifting, arching and shaping to the brow which creates an even more open and youthful look.
Reveal Face LiftReveal Face Lift, also known as rhytidectomy, is a surgical procedure that smoothes loose, sagging skin on the face and neck, tightens underlying tissues and muscles, and removes excess fat. Reveal Face Lift surgery can dramatically refresh and invigorate the lower two-thirds of the face. By removing excess fat and reshaping loose muscles and facial tissue, sagging in the cheeks and around the jaw is significantly reduced. Good candidates for Reveal Face Lift surgery are people in generally good health who wish to remove signs of aging — including sagging in the face and neck, facial wrinkles, and lines and creases on the forehead. The best candidates have facial skin that has started to sag but whose skin retains some elasticity. Additionally, a good candidate will have strong, well-defined bone structure. In determining whether a face lift is right for you, age is not necessarily the most important factor. Most Reveal Face Lift candidates are between 40 and 70 years old. However, the procedure can effectively enhance the appearance of people over 70, and some opt for the procedure in their twenties and thirties, often as a means of correcting hereditary conditions. In general, the condition of your skin and the features you would like to improve are more important considerations than your age. Reveal Face Lift surgery is performed under general anesthesia and is completed in approximately 4 hours, though surgical times may vary.
Reveal Brow LiftReveal Brow Lift surgery, also referred to as a forehead or eyebrow lift, allows patients to achieve a younger, more refreshed look by smoothing the forehead, reducing frown lines, and elevating the position of the eyebrow line to "open up the eyes".
This is accomplished by weakening the forehead muscles, removing excess skin that has lost its elasticity with age and lifting the skin to elevate and reposition brows.
Surgery is performed using general anesthesia and typically lasts 2 hours. The best candidates are healthy adults who are seeking to improve droopy eyebrows and deeper, heavier wrinkles in the forehead.
Reveal Neck LiftReveal Neck Lift surgery, or platysmaplasty, removes excess skin and fatty tissue from the neck and tightens neck muscles to redefine the jaw line and create a younger, firmer looking facial appearance. Reveal Neck Lift may be enhanced with liposuction and Botox®.
Good candidates for Reveal Neck Lift surgery include people with sagging neck skin or neck folds. The procedure is most effective for patients whose skin still has some elasticity, usually those in their forties to sixties; however, neck lifts can also be performed on patients in their seventies and eighties. Reveal Neck Lift surgery is performed under general anesthesia and takes approximately 1.5 hour to complete.
